How it works

This screener identifies stocks where independent valuation models agree the current market price is below estimated fair value. Each model uses a different methodology, so agreement across models provides stronger conviction.

Valuation models used:

  • P/E Ratio — compares the current P/E to the 5-year median P/E, then applies the median to the latest earnings per share.
  • DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) — projects future free cash flows over 10 years, discounts them at 10%, and adds a terminal value.
  • EPS Growth — projects earnings 5 years forward using median growth, applies the median P/E, then discounts to present value.

The conviction dots show how many of the three models flag the stock as undervalued. The average discount is the mean discount across all models with valid data. A positive discount means the stock trades below fair value.

Valuations are recalculated daily. This screener is a research tool, not investment advice. Always do your own due diligence.
