By accessing and using Craytheon (https://craytheon.co), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. By using the site, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Use of the Site
Craytheon provides financial data, charts, and valuation models for informational and educational purposes. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial research. You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the site without prior written permission. You may not use the site to service or perform work on behalf of any brokerage, financial advisory, or banking firm or their clients.
Accounts & Subscriptions
You may create an account using Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account page via the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your subscription is personal to you and may not be shared with or transferred to any other person.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain paid-tier access until then. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods. All fees are non-refundable. Please consider whether our services meet your needs before subscribing.
Intellectual Property
All content on Craytheon, including text, charts, design, and code, is owned by Craytheon or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Financial data is sourced from public SEC EDGAR filings and processed by Craytheon. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell site content without permission. We do not provide raw data in spreadsheet or downloadable form.
Third-Party Links
The site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., SEC EDGAR, Stripe, Google). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
Limitation of Liability

Craytheon is operated from Melbourne, Australia. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy Policy
Craytheon respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
- Account data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We store these to manage your account.
- Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used. Our analytics provider may set a cookie for visitor analytics. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising or cross-site tracking.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and maintain your account and subscription
- To process payments via Stripe
- To understand aggregate site usage (analytics)
- To enforce our terms and prevent abuse
- To communicate with you about your account (e.g., subscription changes)
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers, solely for the purposes described:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google — OAuth authentication
- Third-party analytics providers — anonymous site analytics

Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Upon deletion, we remove your personal data, though anonymized or aggregated data may be retained.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights regarding your personal information.

- Identifiers: name, email address, IP address, Stripe customer ID
